WAIPOLON PTFE TWO COAT NON-STICK COATINGS 9000 SYSTEM
9000 series high temperature resistant water born non-stick coatings are made of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and high temperature resistant polymers etc. The product is has excellent non-stick performance, low frictional coefficient, high rigidity, high adhesive force, good abrasion resistance, and its coating film is rigid and durable, does not affected by water, steam, grease and other food cooking materials.

WAIPOLON 9000 series water born non-stick coatings conform to FDA 21CFR175, 300 of USA, EU ROHS Directive, and conform to American and European food sanitation and safety requirements.

Application Instructions
1.Before application, use a roller machine to roll the coating for half an hour at a speed of 40 to 80 rpm.
2.Use a 150 to 200-mesh sieve to filter the primer and finishing coat.
Adjust the application viscosity of the coating to a maximum value according to the shape of the base to be coated and the weather status. If there is any deviation, use about 2 or 3 percent ion-free water or distilled water to dilutee the coating.
3.The work piece surface to be coated must be treated strictly in accordance with the requirement for application of water born non-stick coating, i.e., remove oil stains, coursing and cleaning etc, and the product should be diluted with water accurately.

Base material treatment: Sand blasting

Solvent resistance: MEK¡Ý100 cycles of friction, the base is not seen.

Non-volatile matter: Primer¡Ý30%¡À2; finish coat¡Ý40%¡À2

Application method: Automatic air spraying or manual application

Pencil hardness:¡Ý2H (Mitsubishi, Japan)

Coating thickness: Recommended thickness is 10 to 15 microns;
Top coat: 15 to 25 microns

Application viscosity: Manual application:
Primer: 20 to 25 seconds
Top coat: 20 to 25 seconds

Salt water resistance: 5% salt water spraying for 6 cycles, each cycle consists of 8 hours¡¯ spraying and 16 hours¡¯ intermittence, passed.

Storage life: Room temperature 25¡æ to 30¡æ for 6 months in original package

Thinner: Distilled water (generally not exceed 2%)

Thermal endurance: 220¡æ, heat preservation for 24 hours, passed

 

Curing temperature: 120-140¡æ/3-5 minutes;
Light color temperature: 380-420¡æ/5-10 minutes

Oil resistance: Soaked in 250¡æ edible oil for 15 hours, passed

 

 

Glossiness:15-25¡ã
