This product is a kind of high temperature and oxidation resistant oily coatings made of high temperature resistant resin and pigment filling agent. Its coating film has good physical mechanical properties, excellent high temperature resistant, oxidation resistant and rust prevention resistant performances. It can be used under high temperature of 400 to 500℃.

This product is mainly used for surface protection of heated metal equipment and parts such as exhaust pipes and mufflers on motor vehicles, baking ovens, baking pans, oven chambers etc.

Application instructions:
Base materials: Aluminum, die-casting aluminum, and aluminum alloy
Base material treatment: Aluminum products should be phosphated; aluminum alloy and cast aluminum products should be sand blasted.
Application viscosity: 14 to 16 seconds for automatic spraying, 16 to 18 seconds for manual application;
